It has a 50’ covered patio overlooking the river and it’s own private dock. Please spend some time and enjoy the website. Vacation Rental Rates

Winter: Nov - March $1750 per week or $795 for 3 night minimum
Winter Special: $2600 per month
Summer: April - Oct $2250 per week or $1035 for 3 night minimum

Requirements:
Minimum three night stay

Payments:
Cashiers check, wire transfer, personal check or money order.
$20.00 fee for returned checks.

Check-in: 4:00 pm
Check-out: 11:00 am
Cleaning fee: $125.00 non-refundable
Refundable Security Deposit: $600.00

Security Deposit is due at time of reservation. Total payment of rent, cleaning fee, and deposit due 30 days prior to rental. Cancellation prior to 30 days of rental equals 100% deposit refund. Cancellation after 30 days but prior to 15 equals 50% security deposit refund. Any cancellation less than 15 days equals no security deposit refund.

No Smoking / No Pets / Maximum 8 people, including children.
